Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 3 Tbs Semolina
  • 2 Tbs Sugar
  • 1/2 Salt
  • 2 Ghee

Mix it well

  • 14 Cups Luke warmwater

Knead the dough

    Now apply ghee to the dough

      Rest for the 15 Minutes

        Now apply oil on your hands

          Now make small balls of dough

            Rest for the 10 Minutes

              Now fry on the Tawa

                Instructions
                 

                • First, take a small bowl and add flour, sugar, salt, and warm water to it. Keep aside for about half an hour. Knead the dough Now apply ghee to the dough Rest for the 15 Minutes Now apply oil on your hands Now make small balls of dough Rest for the 10 Minutes Now fry on the Then make small patties and roll them as many as the size of a quarter plate.
                  Now apply two teaspoons of ghee on each roti and sprinkle dry flour. And keep layering on each other. Apply about 5 layers, Apply ghee to the last layer and keep it upside down i.e. the ghee side should be inside, Now roll the five rotis and cut them into long strips, then keep the rotis wrapped in a ball and roll the rolled strips like jalebi with light hands and cook them with ghee on low heat.
