Oil 1 gram

Cumin 1/2 tsp

Salt As required

Filling Ingredients

Potato 1/2 kg

Chopped onion 1

Green Chili 6

Coriander leaves

Peppermint

Red chilli 1tsp

Cumin 1 tsp

Turmeric 1 tsp

Oil 3 tsp

Oil for fry

Salt as required

For Dough

First, in a bowl, add flour, celery and cumin, salt and mix it with hot water and then keep it aside for fifteen minutes. Now they make smooth dough with the help of hand

For Stuffing

Now take a big bowl, boil the potato in it and crush it thickly, heat the oil, add salt to taste and chopped red chilies, turmeric, coriander and cumin, fry a little and add it to it.

Now take the dough and make small patties and take the shape of a film samosa and fill it with potatoes in such a way that the inside in samosa, Now fry these samosas in oil, When the samosas start to turn brown, remove them from the heart and set them aside.
